CANCELLATION POLICIES - INDIVIDUALS 

Cancellation of individuals must be made in writing to Creative Group Tours, Inc.

Individual Cancellation Policy Timeline: 

CANCELLATION OUTSIDE 120 DAYS All deposits returned less any fees assessed by suppliers or vendors* 

120-90 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $100.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers* 

90-60 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $150.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers*

60-45 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $200.00 cancellation fee, plus any funds or fees retained by suppliers*

45 DAYS PRIOR UNTIL DEPARTURE NO REFUNDS. 

       *Non-refundable monies can include any tickets: Disney, Universal, Airline, Broadway shows, meal gift cards, etc. Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. Any

        cancellations that occur after these purchases, those tickets will not be refundable. In addition, the cancellation fees above will be added to those purchased amounts. 

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation of the entire group must be made in writing to Creative Group Tours, Inc. The same policies that apply to individuals listed above will apply to whole group cancellations.

 

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY 

Creative Group Tours, Inc. gives notice that all arrangements for transportation or conveyance or for hotel accommodations and all tickets and coupons issued by them, are made by them as agents upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accidents, delays or irregularities which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle, or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour(s), or otherwise in connection therewith, or any hotel proprietor or servant.
